If you have never been – just like me, this is what an intense group therapy curriculum can look like. 75% of the stuff I have never even heard of before. I like to learn new things, so that is cool.
I do have a tendency to be the kid in the back that does not participate. This is only day two so I am going to try hard to be a lot less observational and a lot more “part of the class” – That is my intent anyway. I am not sure I can hold up that intention though.
I am impressed though with people’s willingness to share and that alone makes me want to share although I did not raise my hand in any of yesterday’s sessions. I need to absorb first before I react. Something I have been seriously lacking this past Month+.
